VFX
I'm a VFX Lighting artist with couple of years of industry experience.
I have stepped into this industry in 2019 onwards, officially. Since then I have worked in couple of wonderful houses like - ,Moving Picture Company, Cloudhouse, NETFLIX, Digitoonz, etc. as a full time artist and in FTC contract. And within this limited time I got privilege to work along with world-class teams. Learned so many amazing things, gained skill-sets, constructed strong bond. The marvellous shows I have contributed includes, Mufasa : The Lion King, Transformers, Ant Man, Napoleon, Pinocchio and many more.
I am well familiar with a few industry standard tools like, Foundry Katana, Nuke, Pixar Renderman, Autodesk Maya, Arnold, SideFX Houdini, Tractor RenderManager, Shotgrid, Python, PyQt, Lua, TKinter, etc

Personal Work
Throughout the year, we spent maximum of our time working on shows in studio pipeline.
I believe we should practice at our free time just to get in touch with the raw things which all are happening behind the scene, in studio pipeline.
Every time this is not necessary though but somewhere its a very nice thing or even a plus point to have.

Tool Development
Developing tools and sharing them with community is a hobby of mine.
Ever since I jumped into the VFX industry, specifically MPC, programming and tool creation for VFX has been one of my favourite things, basically for the hours that I wasn’t working in a shot or something similar.
While working as a lighting artist, I developed a few tools that were implemented in pipeline successfully.. and therefore the 'dopamine'...!
UI Base Tools
Created couple of python and UI bases tools for VFX pipeline
The time I have learned Python especially, then onwards the plan always was to create an interface and then connect the main python function to the ui and an user can easily operate.
well the main purpose of ui is to make the tool more user friendly. Not everybody is technical or even quite happy to work in terminals. in that case UI comes into play.
Eventually have learned the TKinter and QT for GUI application. And as a result 'DATALINE' was born, based on Python 3 and customTKinter.
Others are in line.. Stay tuned!
Nuke Gizmos
Interesting Nuke Gizmos, that helps to reduce complexity
In my academic time, I have learned compositing/nuke first and then lighting .. So naturally nuke was my first buddy.
In MPC, while working as a lighting artist, created some gizmos to help lighters to avoid repetitive tasks, reduce simple workloads while doing pre compositing, slap-compositing.
Katana Macros
Useful Katana Macros for well optimised and streamlined katana workflow
I have learned Katana at MPC. before that usually I was very familiar with one and only Autodesk Maya. And honestly it was a nightmare in first few months to understand katana. But now I think this is one of the best.
The node base system in katana is really awesome. And on that note, Macro or a custom made node/group node, can help artists to avoid un-necessary mistakes or shortcut to something else with just few clicks!
In MPC I have contributed couple of Macros in pipeline. Besides that few are yet to be published for independent users
